The Black Dragon Network was established in November, 2006. The network was created by the owners of Chill Web Hosting, to offer an opportunity to those who wish to have their own website, blog, community, etc. at little or no cost.Through The Black Dragon Network, we hope to build a networked community for the exchange of ideas. Anyone can signup for free hosting. The hosting through The Black Dragon Network uses a program called the Cpanel, and can be used to create a number of different types of sites from shopping carts to a simple website. |
